The PPRA has issued a ruling!

The Property Practitioner's Regulatory Authority has extended the deadline for all Property Practitioners!

As per their previous Practice Note, all property practitioners - intern estate agents and principal agents - had until the 30^th June 2022 to comply with the regulations concerning the educational qualifications, failing to meet these would have resulted in the blocking of the issue of Fidelity Fund Certificates.

Due to immense volume of complaints of candidates being unable to make the original deadlines, the new Practice Note was issued allowing for the extension until the 31^st January 2023.

Should practitioners not meet this final deadline, they will unfortunately be barred from their operations.
