In an effort to find you the best possible tenant for your property we run extensive credit checks on clients using the Tenant Profile Network (TPN). We run Trans Union and Experian checks checking their credit history as well as their payment history.
MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Prime Property uses an internet based rental system called Pay Prop. The main advantage, to you as owner, is that you will receive payment the same day that it was reconciled, no more 48 hour delay to other banks. Other advantages include that you will receive e-mail / sms notification as soon as you receive money into your account.
You can now download your own statements when needed, receive single amounts instead of multiple small amounts, have the peace of mind that monies due resides in a secure trust environment & the Pay Prop facility keeps a very good record of transactions which allows the property agent to have 100% insight into the property at any given time upon your request.
PROCUREMENT LEASE:
This is a lease whereby we charge a once-off fee of 8% plus VAT of the full lease term for placing a tenant.
MANAGEMENT LEASE:
Here we charge a once-off fee of 8% plus VAT of the full lease term for placing a tenant and a minimal 10% plus VAT monthly management fee, this includes everything from collecting the rental to handling any potential problems you or the tenant may encounter.This includes managing the property with full management services
